Model QXB products belong to the aeraion of the self suction type. The centrifugal force produced by the rotaing vanes form thenegative pressure at the inlet of the vanes for sucking air and water. The dynamic energy of the vanes is used to mix air and water oicertain proportion in the mixing chamber, Under the poweriul centrfugal force, the wo-ohase air and water flow difuses to the direciorof circumference after the rectification via the fow path along the tangential direction of the vanes. The very small broken -ar bubbles wilbe fuly merged with water so as to obtain the effect of oxygen-filing aeraion. Used as a special equipment for aeration and mixing suitablefor the bio-chemical treatment process with relation to various types of sewage water.

QXB submersible aerator uses the motor to directly drive the rotation of the impeller to generate the centrifugal force. So that the nearby low pressure is sucked into the water stream, at the same time, the vacuum is also created in the inlet of impeller to suck fresh air into aeration chamber. After the water and air is mixed, it is rapidly discharged by the centrifugal force. Since the water jet is extremely strong, it will form an effective convection cycle, and divide the air into numerous small bubbles.
Oxygen is dissolved in water due to the slow rise of bubbles. Due to bubbles are small, uncountable and have large surface area in water, oxygen transmission rate per unit horsepower of submersible aerators are higher than other types of aeration equipment.
